CARY, N.C. – After an early goal from Amy Rodriguez to give the Utah Royals the lead, Elizabeth Eddy equalized late to end the match with a 1-1 draw.
Rodriguez barely got a foot on the end of her goal in the seventh minute that was assisted by Veronica Boquete.
Eddy scored the equalizer in the 78th minute after she slipped through two Utah defenders and was able to go far-post.
