LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Shortly after RSL striker Damir Kreilach barely missed the potential game-tying goal, Los Angeles Galaxy superstar striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic was given a yellow card after a hard foul on Real defender Nedum Onuoha.
Ibrahimovic used his left hand to grab the back of Onuoha to throw him to the ground. The two players met face-to-face and exchanged words before the Galaxy star received a yellow card for unsporting behavior.
Both players played in the English Premier League before making their trek to Major League Soccer. Ibrahimovic has scored 7 goals in six games played this season. He notched 22 goals in 27 games played last season.
Onuoha has played and started in all 8 matches for RSL this season.
