Wildcats Win Big With Mitchell, Jazz Teammates In Attendance

OGDEN, Utah – Weber State picked up a 76-59 victory over Idaho State to improve to 5-1 in Big Sky Conference play.
The Wildcats opened the game on a 7-0 run, making their first three shots to quickly gain the advantage. Idaho State quickly got into the game and built a seven point lead at 25-18 with a little less than 10 minutes remaining in the first half.
Weber State battled back and reeled off a 21-4 run to go up 39-29, thanks to a triple at the buzzer by Jerrick Harding.

From there, the rout was on as Weber State kept the Bengals around 10 points away for the majority of the second half.
They built their largest lead at 18 with less than a minute remaining before Chidi Udengwu knocked down a free throw with 13 seconds left to cut the lead to just 17.

Harding turned in a sensational performance with 28 points on 10-of-16 shooting with four 3-pointers made.
Brekkott Chapman also had a strong night for Weber State with a 19-point, 14-rebound double-double.
Brandon Boyd led the Bengals with 13 points.
