SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Utah head football coach Kyle Whittingham responded to questions on his official Twitter account, using the hashtag #AskCoachWhitt.

Questions on Monday ranged from the apparent muscle mass put on running back Zach Moss to what Whittingham expected to see in the Utes’ season opener against Weber State on Thursday.

The stoic coach even uttered – albeit through tweet – an uncharacteristic “LOL” at one point.

Zack has had a tremendous off season and positioned himself for a big year. He’s added 10lbs of muscle while maintaining his speed & quickness. We expect him to be a huge part of the offense this fall. https://t.co/q7lnNHISrX

Whittingham also may have helped out thousands of fans Thursday who needed to skip out of work early to make the Ute’s 6 p.m. kickoff time in the season opener against Weber State University.
