Packers QB Jordan Love Throws First Career Touchdown Pass

SALT LAKE CITY – Former Utah State and current Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love tossed the first touchdown pass of his NFL career against the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Chiefs hosted the Packers at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday, November 7.
With 5:00 left in the fourth quarter, Love connected with Allen Lazard for 20-yard and six points.
It was the first touchdown pass of Love’s professional career.

Love’s tossed to Lazard cut Kansas City’s lead to 13-7.
It capped a 10-play, 53-yard drive that lasted 2:57.
Kansas City was able to run out the clock on its next possession and held on for a 13-7 win.
The Utah State product finished the game 19/34 passing for 190 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. He also had five carries for 23 yards.
Before the scoring drive, Love struggled to settle in and threw a pick on Green Bay’s previous possession. Love’s touchdown pass cut the scoreboard to a one-score game.

With the loss, Love and the Packers fell to a 7-2 record this season.
Green Bay’s next game is against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, November 14 at 2:25 p.m. (MDT) on CBS.
