MyKayla Skinner, Grace McCallum Perform Well In USA Gymnastics Qualifier

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Team USA Women’s Gymnastics were in the Subdivision 3 Qualifier with Red Rocks stars MyKayla Skinner and Grace McCallum performing well.

The six members of the USA Gymnastics team participated in all four events in hopes of qualifying for the all-around final. MyKayla Skinner finished 8th overall in the all-around with a score of 55.398. Unfortunately, she didn’t qualify for the all-around final. Grace McCallum finished with an all-around score of 55.165, which is good for 10th place. Simone Biles and Sunisa Lee qualified for Team USA.

Team USA started on the floor. McCallum had a 13.466 to start things out, with Lee recording a 13.433 score, followed by a 13.566 score from Jordan Chiles. Simone Biles finished with a 14.133 score, followed by MyKayla Skinner with 13.566 and Jade Carey at 14.100.
