The Hat Trick: Utah HC Runs Out Of Gas In Edmonton

Utah HC will have to overcome an illness that has been sweeping through the locker room in recent days. The illness forced captain Clayton Keller from the lineup in a 4-1 loss to Edmonton earlier in the week. Matthias Maccelli will miss tonight’s game, with Liam O’Brien taking over on the third line.

Utah has been outscored 21-10 during the losing streak. The team is seeking its 12th road win.

The Flames currently hold the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference, with Utah five points behind in 11th place.
