Russell Wilson Let’s Ride trend
During day two of fall camp practices, members of the BYU team jumped in on the popular football trend. The trend is “let’s ride,” which was started by Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson. In June, a video of Wilson on the Broncos official social media pages emerged. The clip featured the Super Bowl-winning QB saying, “Broncos country, let’s ride!”

The video was awkward. Just watch it and you’ll feel awkward after viewing. But that hasn’t stopped numerous college football teams from putting together their own versions of the hilarious video.
South Carolina, with Oklahoma QB transfer Spencer Rattler got in on the trend, along with BYU’s future Big 12 foe West Virginia, who had Georgia transfer JT Daniels say, “let’s ride!”
The BYU version featured wide receiver Puka Nacua, quarterbacks Jacob Conover, Cade Fennegan, Sol-Jay Maiava-Peters, defensive lineman Tyler Batty, and wide receivers Keanu Hill, Chase Roberts, Tanner Wall, and Kade Moore, among others.
The most spirited “let’s ride” was probably from defensive end Fisher Jackson and tight end Carter Wheat.
BYU will participate in day three of fall camp practice tomorrow, then take Sunday off. They will return to practice on Monday for day four.
