Cougars Convert On Fourth Down, Score Touchdown On Deep Ball From Zach Wilson To Keanu Hill

PROVO, Utah – The BYU Cougars converted a 4th & 3 for a gain of 33 yards and scored their second touchdown of the game against the Texas State Bobcats on a deep throw by Zach Wilson to Keanu Hill.
The No. 12 Cougars hosted the Bobcats at LaVell Edwards Stadium on Saturday, October 24.
With 1:43 left in the first quarter, BYU head coach Kalani Sitake kept his offense on the field at the Texas State 33-yard line. Wilson found Hill near the sideline for a 33-yard touchdown pass to give the Cougars a 14-7 lead.
The touchdown was Wilson’s first touchdown of the game and 13th passing score of the season.

It was Hill’s first touchdown as a member of the BYU football program.
Wilson started the game 8/9 passing for 125 yards and touchdown. He added two carries for 12 yards on the ground.
The catch was Hill’s first of the game and sixth as a BYU receiver. The freshman entered the game against Texas State with five catches for 71 yards in his career.
