BYU RB Tyler Allgeier Barrels Into End Zone For TD Against Georgia Southern

SALT LAKE CITY – BYU running back Tyler Allgeier powered across the goal line for a one-yard touchdown run against the Georgia Southern Eagles.
The Eagles hosted the No. 14 Cougars at Allen E. Paulson Stadium in Statesboro, Georgia on Saturday, November 20.
With 10:03 remaining in the third quarter, Allgeier burst up the middle for a one-yard goal line run and six points.
Allgeier’s run gave the Cougars a 27-17 lead.

The play capped a 10-play, 75-yard that took 4:39 off the clock.
Allgeier ran the ball four times on the possession.
After the score, the running back had 11 carries for 57 yards and a touchdown. He also had one catch for two yards out of the backfield.

Allgeier entered the game with 203 carries for 1,167 yards and 17 touchdowns this season.
