BYU DB Jakob Robinson Intercepts Georgia Southern On Back-To-Back Drives

SALT LAKE CITY – BYU Cougars defensive back Jakob Robinson intercepted Georgia Southern quarterbacks Amare Jones and Connor Cigelske on consecutive drives by the Eagles.
The Eagles hosted the No. 14 Cougars at Allen E. Paulson Stadium in Statesboro, Georgia on Saturday, November 20.
With 2:11 left in the third quarter, Robinson picked off Jones for his second interception of the season.

After a BYU punt, the defensive back went back to stopping another drive by the Eagles.
With 13:39 left in the fourth quarter, Robinson climbed the ladder for an impressive catch and his second pick of the contest.

Following the second pick, Robinson had four total tackles, two solo tackles, and two interceptions.
Robinson entered the game with 22 total tackles, 19 solo tackles, four pass breakups, and one interception this season.
