On Colorado’s first drive of the half, Wall showed perfect timing on his hit, ensuring he didn’t contact Horn before the pass got there. With the ball loose, Johnson made an athletic play to catch the pigskin before it could hit the turf.
BYU took possession at the Cougar 45-yard line after the turnover.
Nine plays later, Sione I Moa found a gigantic hole for a 13-yard touchdown run. It was the freshman running back’s third TD of the year.
It’s been all BYU in San Antonio as the Cougars lead Colorado 27-0 early in the second half.
