Jazz Face Heat, Magic In Weekend Back-To-Back

SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah Jazz will wrap up their three-game Eastern Conference road trip over the weekend when they travel to Florida to face the Miami Heat and Orlando Magic.
The Jazz are losers of five straight and will look to snap the streak against a pair of teams battling significant adversity.

Jazz Face Middling Heat, Magic
The Jazz’s first matchup of the weekend will come on Saturday evening in Miami where they travel to face the suddenly unsettled Heat.
Superstar guard Jimmy Butler has requested a trade sighting a lack of “joy” playing for the Heat roster.
Despite the recent unrest, the Heat sit at 17-15 in the standings, tied with the Milwaukee Bucks for the fifth-best record in the Eastern Conference.

After facing the Heat, the Jazz will travel north to Orlando on Sunday evening to face the shorthanded Magic.
The Magic own a 20-15 record, which is fourth-best in the East, but they are missing several key pieces on their roster.
All-Star forward Paolo Banchero hasn’t played since October 30 due to an oblique injury, while brothers Franz (oblique) and Mo Wagner (knee) are also sidelined by injury.
The Jazz meanwhile sit at 7-25 this season, owning the second-worst record in the Western Conference and tied with the Charlotte Hornet for the third-worst record overall.

The Jazz will travel to Miami to face the Heat on Saturday at 6 p.m. MST. The game will be televised on KJZZ, streamed on Jazz+, and heard on 97.5 The KSL Sports Zone.
