Jazz Center Rudy Gobert Moves Into Top 50 On NBA’s All-Time Blocks List

SALT LAKE CITY – Jazz center Rudy Gobert moved up the NBA’s all-time blocked shots list and is now in the top 50 on the leaderboard.
The Spurs hosted the Jazz at AT&T Center on Monday, December 27.
Utah beat San Antonio, 110-104.
During the win, Gobert swatted three shots to become one of the top 50 all-time blockers in league history.

Gobert finished the game with 16 points on 5-7 field goals. He added 13 rebounds, two assists, one steal, and three blocks in 26 minutes.

The French center now has 1295 blocks in his career.
Active players ahead of Gobert on the all-time blocks list include Dwight Howard (13), Serge Ibaka (27), Brook Lopez (36), DeAndre Jordan (38), and Anthony Davis (46).

With the win, the Jazz improved to a 24-9 record.
Utah’s next game is on the road against the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday, December 29 at 8 p.m. (MDT). The game will be broadcast on AT&T SportsNet, NBA League Pass, and The Zone Sports Network.
