Conley, Mitchell, Gobert Show Out At NBA All-Star Game

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Jazz had three players participate in the 2021 NBA All-Star Game in Atlanta, including Donovan Mitchell, Mike Conley and Rudy Gobert.
Rudy Gobert was on Team LeBron as they beat Mike Conley, Donovan Mitchell and Team Durant 170-150.
Giannis Antetokounmpo was named the Kobe Bryant All-Star Game MVP.

Mike Conley Appears In First All-Star Game
After 14 seasons in the NBA, Mike Conley made his first appearance in the All-Star game. He replaced injured Devin Booker in the game. Conley finished with three points, one rebound, two assists and one steal on 1-of-6 shooting from the field and 1-for-5 from the three-point line in 12 minutes on the floor. Donovan Mitchell set up Conley for his first bucket as an All-Star.

Donovan Mitchell
For the second consecutive season, Donovan Mitchell was an All-Star. He played for Team Durant on Sunday, finishing with 15 points, four rebounds and one steal on 6-of-12 shooting from the floor and 3-for-9 from beyond the arc. Mitchell had a nice performance that was capped with a deep three-pointer at the third quarter buzzer.

Rudy Gobert
Also making his second consecutive All-Star appearance, Rudy Gobert was a prime target for alley-oops on Sunday night. Steph Curry, LeBron and others fed the big man for nice dunks. Gobert finished with 10 points, 7 rebounds and one assist on 5-of-6 shooting from the field.

Damian Lillard
Former Weber State star Damian Lillard appeared in his sixth All-Star game. He was on fire throughout the night, hitting deep threes and putting on a show. Lillard recorded 32 points, two rebounds and one assist on 11-of-20 field goal shooting and 8-for-16 from the three-point line. Lillard also hit the shot to win the game for Team LeBron, hitting his second half court shot of the night.
