SALT LAKE CITY – Connor Ingram has looked sharp in his return to the ice after an extended absence. Ingram has 14 saves in a scoreless first period.

Utah HC (18-16-7, 43 points) looks to sink the Islanders (16-18-7, 39 points) on Saturday, January 11. The Club won the first matchup, picking up the 5-4 road victory on October 10.

Utah enters the night fifth in the Western Conference Wild Card race, ten points out of a Central Division playoff spot. The top two Wild Card teams advance to the playoffs.

In front of Ingram, Utah HC’s defense knocked away several would-be threats in the first 20 minutes. The Islanders’ attack far outpaced Utah and included a pair of power-play chances that came up empty.

Utah attempted five shots in the period.
