PROVO, Utah – The BYU Cougars hope to avoid an emotional letdown against Kansas this weekend after a come-from-behind win for the ages against Utah last weekend.
No. 7 BYU seeks the program’s first win over the Kansas Jayhawks on Saturday, November 16, at LaVell Edwards Stadium.

Game Information
The Cougars and Jayhawks collide for just the third time. This is the Jayhawks’ first trip to LES. Kickoff is at 8:15 p.m. MT.
KU has won two of its last three games after opening Big XII play on a three-game losing streak. This season, Kansas has averaged 31.7 points per game while allowing 25.9 ppg. The Jayhawks are 0-4 on the road.

Cougar Canyon will occur on the stadium’s West side from 5 p.m. MT on game day. Food trucks and activities for all ages will be available. BYUtv’s pregame show, Sports Nation GameDay, and BYU Radio’s Cougar Pregame Live will also be broadcast live from Cougar Canyon. The Cougar Walk will take place from the north end of Cougar Canyon through the stadium’s southwest corner, starting at 6:15 p.m. MT.

The BYU football game against Kansas will be broadcast on ESPN. Mark Jones, Roddy Jones, and Quint Kessenich are on the call. Kickoff is at 8:15 p.m. MT.
