Brandon Rose Leads Utah Touchdown Drive To Open Second Quarter

SALT LAKE CITY – Following a turnover that resulted in three points for BYU, the Utes responded with their first touchdown drive of the night, grabbing a 7-3 lead when Brandon Rose found Brant Kuithe in the end zone.

Utah needed just six plays to drive 64 yards for its first touchdown. Rose was huge on the drive, carrying twice for 35 yards, including a 27-yard scramble and the 20-yard TD pass to Kuithe in the corner of the end zone.
Kuithe has accounted for both of Rose’s completions, tallying 18 yards. Micah Bernard has 21 yards on four carries after missing some time after being shaken up.
