SALT LAKE CITY – After spending 2.5 seasons with the woeful Chicago White Sox, Tanner Banks is headed to the league-leading Philadelphia Phillies. The National League East division-leading Phillies bolstered their bullpen with the former Utah and SLCC pitcher.
After an offseason trade sent Rucker from the Chicago Cubs to Philadelphia, right arterial vasospasms kept the righty on the shelf into June.
