Season tickets for Utah’s first NHL season will start at $44 per game.
The overwhelming support we received from fans who secured season ticket deposits highlights how passionate Utahns are for hockey and how excited they are for the NHL experience,” SEG chief commercial officer Chris Barney said in a statement. “We look forward to filling Delta Center and creating an electrifying atmosphere for our fans and players alike when the puck hits the ice this fall. Together, we will build a strong legacy for our NHL franchise that lasts for generations to come.”
Those who have placed deposits on season tickets will have the opportunity to view their seats and the ice from inside the arena before finalizing a purchase for the year. SEG is holding an open house at the Delta Center from June 4-6 between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (MT) and fans will be able to view sight lines and seating options in the arena.
Barney said that SEG has received more than 34,000 season ticket deposits since April 18. The franchise said that 92 percent of those who placed deposits on season tickets are non-Utah Jazz season ticket holders and 63 percent have not attended an event at the Delta Center in the past year.

Those who placed deposits will receive a designated time to meet with a ticket rep and buy tickets starting on June 7. Season tickets will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis and those with a Utah zip code will receive priority over individuals outside of the Beehive State.
Season ticket holders will also receive preferred ticket pricing, concessions discounts, discounts at Utah’s team store, and priority access to playoff tickets, according to SEG.
During Utah’s first season and before arena modifications, the Delta Center will have a capacity of up to 16,000 for NHL hockey, including 10,000 seats with an unobstructed view of the ice rink. The goal is to have more than 17,000 unobstructed seats for NHL games at the Delta Center.
“Due to high demand” for season tickets, the organization plans to give priority access to mini-plans and single-game tickets to fans who placed a deposit and are unable to purchase season tickets before they sell out.
Season ticket deposit holders who “choose to keep their deposit with the team” will also be given priority access to buy season tickets as NHL seating capacity increases at the Delta Center following renovations.
Following the release of the 2024-25 NHL schedule, single-game tickets will be available later in the summer and will start at $19 for partial-view seats.
SEG also plans to be “very, very active” in setting up a youth ticket program similar to the organization’s Jr. Jazz program. Youth that participate in Junior Jazz receive tickets to a Utah Jazz game each season. Barney told KSL Sports that it would “absolutely be a shame for us not to dive in and do” something similar to the Jr. Jazz ticket program. “We want to be heavily, heavily engaged with the youth hockey community,” Barney added.
Fans are still able to place deposits for season tickets on NHLinUtah.com.
