Big 12 Soccer Tournament Bracket, Schedule Released For 2023

SALT LAKE CITY – The Big 12 Soccer Tournament is set for the 2023 championship.
Here is the bracket for the 28th edition of the Big 12 soccer tournament. The tournament winner will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.

Big 12 Soccer Tournament bracket is a single-elimination tournament. The top 10 teams in the conference qualify for the tournament played at Round Rock Multipurpose Complex in Round Rock, Texas.

The 10 teams that qualified for the 2023 Big 12 Tournament include regular season champion Texas Tech. Tech claimed its first-ever Big 12 regular season championship on the season’s final night.
At No. 2 is Big 12 newcomer BYU. The Cougars, at one point early in the regular season, were the No. 1 ranked team in the nation. They’ve consistently remained a Top 10 squad throughout the year.
TCU is No. 3, outgoing Big 12 member Texas is No. 4, defending Big 12 Tournament Champion West Virginia is No. 5, with UCF claiming the No. 6 spot.
The top six seeds all receive first-round byes.
Seeds seven through ten will play a first-round match on Saturday, October 28, to kick off the tournament. Oklahoma State is the 7-seed, Baylor at 8, Cincinnati is 9, and Oklahoma is the final qualifier at 10.

The entire tournament will air on Big 12 Now on ESPN+. That’s a streaming provider that charges a monthly fee to watch.
First Round: Saturday, October 28
Match 1: No. 9 Cincinnati 3, No. 8 Baylor 2
Match 2: No. 10 Oklahoma 1, No. 7 Oklahoma State 0
Quarterfinals: Monday, October 30
Match 3: No. 4 Texas 3, No. 5 West Virginia 1
Match 4: No. 1 Texas Tech 2, No. 9 Cincinnati 1
Match 5: No. 2 BYU 6, No. 10 Oklahoma 0
Match 6: No. 6 UCF 3, No. 3 TCU 2
Semifinals: Wednesday, November 1
Match 7: No. 4 Texas 1, No. 1 Texas Tech 0
Match 8: No. 2 BYU 4, No. 6 UCF 1
Final: Saturday, November 4
Championship Match: No. 2 BYU vs. No. 4 Texas
Time: 6 p.m. (MT)/8 p.m. (ET)
