Spring Practice Gets Underway As Utah State Prepares For 2023 Season

LOGAN, Utah – The Utah State Aggies kicked off its spring practice sessions as they prepare for Blake Anderson’s third season in Logan.
Utah State will hold 15 practices beginning on Monday, March 20, leading up to the annual Blue vs. White Spring Showcase on Saturday, April 22.

The Aggies return 10 starters (four offense, six defense) and 38 overall letter-winners from last season’s 6-7 team. USU advanced to their tenth bowl game in 12 seasons after winning five of their final seven regular-season games to reach bowl eligibility. Utah State finished third in the Mountain Division of the Mountain West with a 5-3 record in league play.
All practices held in Maverik Stadium will be open to the public, while practices in the Laub Complex will be closed.

Utah State Football 2023 Season
Utah State opens the 2023 season in Big 10 country with a date against the Iowa Hawkeyes on Saturday, September 2. They will play their home opener seven days later when the Idaho State Bengals come to Logan on Saturday, September 9.

The Aggies begin the Mountain West portion of their 2023 season in Colorado Springs when they take on the Air Force Falcons on Saturday, September 16.
