After Perfect Ending On Senior Night, Cristal Isa Is Named Pac-12 SOTW
SALT LAKE CITY – Cristal Isa had a perfect ending on Senior Night, earning a 10 on her final beam routine in the Huntsman Center and now Pac-12 Specialist of the Week honors as well.
Isa has been an integral part of Utah gymnastics the past five years as an excellent bar and beam worker. This is the second time Isa has received two perfect 10’s on her beam routine in her career with her first happening last season. Isa now has a total of five perfect 10’s in her career.

Isa’s Stat Sheet
Isa is now the ninth Red Rock in program history to have earned a 10 on beam twice in a career. While she is a force on the No. 1 ranked “Beam Team” in the country, Isa has also made a name for herself on bars having scored a 9.9 or better on the event five out of the last six meets.
Isa is currently ranked No. 14 in the country on beam and No. 25 on bars. Isa has also hit 18 of 18 routines she’s competed so far in the 2023 season along with taking three event titles.

Red Rocks Racking Up Awards
Isa is now the fifth Red Rock to earn a Pac-12 weekly award and the sixth award given out to the team overall. She joins teammates Jaedyn Rucker, Kara Eaker, Maile O’Keefe, and Makenna Smith as honorees with one more regular season meet to go.
