Quin Snyder House Remains Unsold Despite $3MM Price Drop
SALT LAKE CITY – The house of former Utah Jazz head coach Quin Snyder remains on the market despite the sellers asking nearly $3 million less than the original listing.
The Snyder house was first listed in July of 2022 for an impressive $12.75 million but has remained on the market for over 200 days.
The price of the house Snyder lived in while he was the head coach of the Jazz was dropped to $9.99 million in December, a $2.76 million difference from the original listing.

Snyder resigned as head coach of the Jazz in June prior to listing his house.
Snyder has been closely linked to the Atlanta Hawks open head coaching position after the team dismissed Nate McMillan over the All-Star break.

According to the listing, the eight-bedroom, ten-bathroom home was built in 2018 and features an infinity-edge saltwater pool with a waterfall, a sport and pickleball court, and a putting green.
The Snyder home is 12,383 square feet and includes a five-plus car garage with a basketball standard. The house all features an elevator to reach its separate floors.
The estimated mortgage payment for the home is an eye-popping $58,092 per month.
Hawks Interest In Snyder Intensifies
After adding All-Star Dejounte Murray over the summer, Atlanta has had a slower-than-expected start to the season.
The Hawks are currently 29-30 coming out of the All-Star break and sit in the 8th seed in the Eastern Conference.

McMillan posted a 99-80 record in just over two seasons as the head coach of the Hawks.
In eight seasons with the Jazz, Snyder had a 372-264 record as Utah’s head coach, the second most wins by a head coach in franchise history.
“After eight years, I just feel it is time to move onward,” Snyder said after leaving the Jazz. “I needed to take time to detach after the season and make sure this was the right decision.”
Snyder, 56, was an assistant coach with the Hawks during the 2013-14 season before taking over as head coach of the Jazz.
