Instant Replay: Dwyane Wade Tries To Get Celebrity Team On Same Page

SALT LAKE CITY – Utah Jazz part-owner and captain of a 2023 celebrity NBA All-Star team Dwyane Wade attempted to get his players on the same page during the middle of the game.
The Jazz owner was captain of Team Dwyane during the Ruffles All-Star Celebrity Game at the Huntsman Center on Friday, February 17.
Late in the opening quarter of action, Team Dwayne’s Janelle Monáe was on the court and appeared to be playing in a defensive stance while her team was on offense.
“Janelle, we on offense,” Wade yelled to Monáe.

Also during the first half of the contest, former Jazz forward Richard Jefferson stepped out from behind ESPN’s television broadcast table and onto the court. However, Jefferson didn’t return to the hardwood as a player but as an official.
RJ the referee immediately went after Wade for their time on the court as NBA players.
“I never liked you and you’re about to find that out D-Wade,” Jefferson told Wade midgame.
