SALT LAKE CITY – Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh announced that Lamar Jackson has been ruled out for Week 16 and former Utah quarterback Tyler Huntley will start for the third straight game.

Harbaugh shared the news on Thursday, December 22.

Huntley has started Baltimore’s last two contests in place of an injured Jackson. The former NFL MVP is currently dealing with a knee injury that he suffered against the Denver Broncos on December 4.

Ahead of the Week 16 start, Huntley was limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday with a right shoulder injury.

Huntley left early in his first start of the season and entered concussion protocol. The injury did not prevent him from playing in Week 15.
