Taking A Closer Look At Utah’s Current Successes
Last week the women had two home games and handily took care of business in both contests.
The Utes opened Pac-12 play last Wednesday against Colorado. After a bit of a slow start, Utah turned on the burners, leaving no doubt as to who the better team was, 85-58.
This past Saturday Utah went back to non-conference play hosting UC Riverside in another dominating performance, 92-45.

The women have gone over 100 points in three games so far this season. They hit 119 points against Northwest Nazarene to start the season, slapped 124 points on Oklahoma, and put up 109 points against Mississippi Valley State.
Utah has only been held to under 70 points once so far this season in the Baha Mar Hoops Pink Flamingo Championship against Ole Miss- a 69-67 affair. The Rebels were Utah’s closest call of the season followed by a seven-point victory against Alabama. The rest of the women’s 10 games played so far have been decided by 17 points or more.
Up Next For The Utes
Utah will be heading up to Ogden this week to play against Weber State on Tuesday, December 20. Tipoff will be at 5:30 pm MT and can be found on ESPN+.
The Utes will follow that game up with one more home game before taking a little break for Christmas. Southern Utah will visit the Huntsman Center on Thursday, December 22. Tipoff for that game will be 5 pm MT and can be watched on the Pac-12 Network Mountain channel.
