Colts DB Julian Blackmon Scores First NFL Touchdown On Week 15 Pick-Six
The Vikings hosted the Colts at U.S. Bank Stadium on Saturday, December 17.
With 5:50 remaining in the first half, Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousin threw a pass intended for Jalen Reagor. The ball was intercepted by Blackmon and returned 17 yards to the end zone for an Indianapolis touchdown.
Blackmon’s pick helped the Colts take a 30-0 lead.

The Vikings went on to win the game in overtime, 39-36, for the largest comeback in NFL history.
Blackmon finished the afternoon with four total tackles, two solo tackles, one pass breakup, one interception, and a touchdown.
Entering the Vikings game, Blackmon had totaled 26 solo tackles, 20 solo tackles, one sack, and a pass breakup in 10 games.
With the loss, the Colts fell to a 4-9-1 record.

Indianapolis’ next game is at home against the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday, December 26 at 6:15 p.m. (MDT). The game will be televised on ESPN.
About Julian Blackmon
Before his NFL career, Blackmon was a standout player at Layton High School. After his prep career with the Lancers, the safety played college football at the University of Utah from 2016-19.
During his time with the Utes, Blackmon recorded 60 total tackles, 41 solo tackles, four tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, four interceptions, and four pass breakups in 48 games played.
Following his Utah career, Blackmon was selected by the Colts with the No. 85 overall pick during the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
Prior to Week 15, Blackmon had 102 total tackles, 82 solo tackles, one sack, two forced fumbles, two interceptions, and eight pass breakups in 31 games.
