SALT LAKE CITY – Skyridge High School’s Smith Snowden is set to make his college decision.
The highest-rated cornerback prospect from the state of Utah, Snowden, will announce on the KSL Sports Zone on Monday, December 12 at 2 p.m. on Hans & Scotty G.

Snowden is a four-star recruit in the class of 2023, according to the 247Sports rankings. The recruiting service has Snowden as the 35th-ranked cornerback in the country and the fourth-ranked prospect from Utah in the 2023 cycle.

During his recruitment, Snowden has amassed 22 scholarship offers. Some of his offers include Utah, BYU, Colorado, Tennessee, Northwestern, Stanford, and Washington State, among others.
Snowden was instrumental in leading Skyridge High to its first state championship in 2022. The Falcons defeated 6A powerhouse Corner Canyon to claim the title. Corner Canyon was limited to only seven points in the game.
Snowden finished his senior season with six interceptions. One of which was returned for a touchdown in the 6A Semifinals against Bingham. He also had eight pass deflections on the season and 28 tackles.
Along with football, Snowden excelled in track and field. During the Utah High School Track & Field Championships last May in Provo, Snowden ran a 10.54 100-meter dash. He has been invited to play in the U.S. Army Bowl that will take place on Saturday, December 17, in Dallas, Texas.
