Snowden is a guy the Utes have wanted from the go but has been very quiet about his recruitment until now. The Skyridge product has been a top-priority cornerback recruit for Utah and will now be heading their way.
Taking A Closer Look At Smith Snowden
It’s no secret Utah and position coach Sharrieff Shah put cornerbacks into the league and Snowden has that same potential as the greats before him. At 5’10” and 175 pounds, Snowden is your prototypical cornerback with speed that burns and instincts that kill making him a great addition to Utah’s defensive backfield.
According to 247 Sports, Snowden had a list of whose-who offers, particularly from high academic institutions such as Yale, Stanford, Northwestern and Pennsylvania.
Snowden possesses great speed having run track in high school posting a 10.47 100-meter and 21.89 200-meter times.
