SALT LAKE CITY – Natalie Bolles, wife of former Utah and current Denver Broncos offensive lineman Garett Bolles, said she had a good laugh at her husband’s failed tackle attempt during a game against the Las Vegas Raiders.
The Raiders hosted the Broncos at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, October 2.
With 3:15 remaining in the first half, Broncos running back Melvin Gordon fumbled the ball and it popped into the hands of Las Vegas’ Amik Robertson, who returned it 68 yards to the end zone for a Raiders touchdown.

Near the end of Robertson’s run, Bolles’ husband attempted to save the touchdown by diving for an attempted tackle. The Broncos lineman failed to make contact with Robertson, who ran into the end zone untouched.
The dive/failed tackle immediately trended on social media and included a tweeted from Bolles’ spouse.
“I’d be lying if I said I didn’t die laughing,” Natalie tweeted about her husband’s attempt. “Good effort though, babe.”

Robertson’s touchdown gave the Raiders a 16-10 lead.
However, the Broncos quickly responded with an offensive touchdown to tie the game.
Las Vegas added a field goal to regain the lead before halftime, 19-16.
Also Garett Bolles is the absolute best part of that #raiders fumble return for a touchdown. Just … watch till the end.
