SALT LAKE CITY – The countdown for Hans & Scotty’s 60 in 60 is on. Coming in at #6 is BYU’s Blake Freeland (OL).
Throughout the summer Hans & Scotty are counting down the top 60 college football players in the state of Utah as voted on by the media (and a fan ballot).
“Big-time tackle for us,” BYU head coach Kalani Sitake said of his offensive lineman. “Can play left tackle and right tackle. Although still new to the o-line game, his athleticism, his size, and toughness allows him to be one of the most recognizable o-linemen in the country. He’s receiving a bunch of attention. We’ve got to keep him humble, keep him hungry. Looking forward to him taking the next step. He improves every time, every day, and every opportunity he has to play o-line.”
