BYU Football Freshmen, Newcomers Receive Jersey Numbers For 2022 Season

PROVO, Utah – BYU football returned on Thursday as the first fall camp practice of the season took place at the Student Athlete Building. With another Camp Kalani upon us, it’s time for a fresh new roster.

BYU football boasts a team in 2022 that is among the best in college football in returning production. But there’s still a wave of newcomers going through their first fall practices at BYU.

From the roster that was given to the media by BYU Media Relations staff, a total of 22 newcomers were on the list.

There are also new faces that joined the team in the spring. They received their uniform designations back in February.

Here’s the rundown of uniform numbers, heights, and weights for all the newcomers on day one of Camp Kalani in Provo.
