“This month we’re focusing on helping the Utah Food Bank with the RSL Green Jell-O® Pin. We’re tapping into this iconic Utah food staple and donating proceeds to help those who need help providing food for their families and themselves,” said RSL Director of Merchandise Thomas Warren. “We’re all feeling the pressure of the high inflation and it’s our hope that this contribution can help the people who need it the most.”
The team announced that 300 pins will be available for purchase online or at the RSL Team Store. $5 from the sale of each pin will be donated to the Utah Food Bank.
RSL has a long history helping the Utah Food Bank, with players volunteering at the UFB Mobile Pantry every month.
Jennifer Rosa had previously volunteered at the UFB, and was inspired to assist them as they help families all across the Wasatch Front.
Rosa said, “I really got to see what it is that they do and how much work goes into that. It’s a huge production, they do help an incredible amount of people and it’s really great, what they do.”
Pins are available now, online, and while supplies last at the RSL Team Store during the game against LAFC, Saturday August 6. The match is scheduled to kickoff at 8:30 p.m. (MST).
