BYU Men’s Basketball Conference Schedule Released

SALT LAKE CITY – The BYU Men’s Basketball conference schedule for the 2022-2023 season was released today.

The Cougars’ WCC Conference slate begins with a matchup on the road against Pacific. Then on New Year’s Eve, the team comes home for a holiday game against Portland.

BYU Men’s hoops close out the season at home with a game against San Fransisco on February 25.

  • Dec 31 – vs. Portland
  • Jan 5 – @ LMU
  • Jan 7 – @ San Diego
  • Jan 12- vs. Gonzaga
  • Jan 14 – vs. Pepperdine
  • Jan 19 – @ Santa Clara
  • Jan 21 – vs. San Fransisco
  • Jan 28 – vs St. Mary’s
  • Feb 2 – vs. LMU
  • Feb 4 – vs. Pacific
  • Feb 9 – @ Pepperdine
  • Feb 11 – @ Gonzaga
  • Feb 16 – vs. Santa Clara
  • Feb 18 – @ St. Mary’s
  • Feb 25 – vs. San Fransisco

Tip-off times and broadcast information will be released by the school/conference at a later date.

  • Dec. 29 at Pacific (WCC opener)
  • Jan. 12 vs. Gonzaga
  • Jan. 28 vs. St. Mary’s
  • Feb. 11 at Gonzaga
  • Feb. 18 at SMC
  • Feb. 25 vs. San Francisco (Senior Night)

The 2022-23 BYU Men’s Basketball Team

This year’s team is coached by Mark Pope. He has been with the team since 2019.

Last season the team finished with a record of 24-11 and 9-6 in WCC Conference play.
