Finau was enjoying his moment with his closest friends and family members. He was holding the Rocket Mortgage Classic trophy while dressed in multiple leis as he danced into the morning with a big smile on his face.
The turnout at the airport came as a surprise to Finau and followed the trend of the weekend. Finau’s wife, Alayna, admitted on the golf broadcast on Sunday that she surprised Finau on Saturday evening by flying into Detroit, sneaking into his hotel room, and jumping out at him when he walked in the door. She also confessed that she set up a camera but Finau asked her not to share the video publically.
Tony Finau Foundation Pro-Am
Finau flew back to Provo, Utah, so that he can be present at his annual Tony Finau Foundation Pro-Am tournament being held at Oakridge Country Club in Farmington, Utah.
“We have the opportunity to change the lives of the kids that, I grew up in an area where they are less privileged, less fortunate, and to be able to give back to my community and to the state of Utah means everything for me,” Finau said in his press conference following his Rocket Mortgage Classic win. “I am looking forward to it and hopefully we can raise a lot of good money for our charity.”
Tony Finau will be back in Utah tomorrow for a special event with this @FinauFoundation.

Finau will not participate in the final PGA Tour event next week and will rather spend time in Utah as he prepares for the upcoming FedEx Cup playoffs. Following his two consecutive victories, Finau sits in the 7th position in the FedEx Cup standings.
