Report: Eric Paschall Signing One-Year Deal With Timberwolves

SALT LAKE CITY – Former Utah Jazz forward Eric Paschall is reportedly signing a one-year deal to join the Minnesota Timberwolves and reuniting with a Jazz teammate.
After one season with the Jazz, Eric Paschall is back on the move and will reunite with Rudy Gobert who is with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reported the move of Paschall joining the Timberwolves. It’s reportedly a one-year deal.

Paschall is early in his career, finishing his third season in the NBA. He was taken in the second round with the 41st overall pick by the Golden State Warriors in the 2019 NBA Draft. Before his NBA career, Paschall won a national championship at Villanova.
As a rookie with the Warriors in 2019-20, Paschall played in 60 games with 25 starts, averaging 14 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game while shooting 49% from the field and just 28% from the three-point line in 27.6 minutes.
During his sophomore season in the NBA, Paschall played in 40 games with two starts, posting averages of 9.5 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game in 17.4 minutes, shooting 49% from the floor and 33% from the perimeter.
Paschall was traded in the off-season to the Jazz in exchange for a trade exception, reuniting him with childhood friend Donovan Mitchell. In one season with the Jazz during the 2021-22 campaign, Paschall played in 58 games with three starts. He averaged 5.8 points, 1.8 rebounds and 0.6 assists in 12.7 minutes per game. Paschall shot 48% from the field and 38% from beyond the arc.
