According to the listing, the eight-bedroom, ten-bathroom home was built in 2018 and features an infinity edge saltwater pool with waterfall, a sport and pickleball court, and a putting green.
The Snyder home is 12,383 square feet and includes a five-plus car garage with a basketball standard. The house all features an elevator to reach its separate floors.
The estimated mortgage payment for the home is an eye-popping $64,383 monthly.
Snyder’s History With Jazz
Before selling his home and leaving Utah, Snyder had been the Jazz head coach since 2014 when he replaced longtime Jazzman Tyrone Corbin.
The team’s second-winningest coach, Snyder trails only Hall of Famer Jerry Sloan for career wins with the Jazz.
The former Duke point guard has a coaching record of 372-264 with three opening-round playoff series wins. The Jazz finished with the fifth seed in the Western Conference with a record of 49-33 this past season.

After entering the season with expectations of a deep playoff run, the Jazz were eliminated by the Dallas Mavericks in the opening round of the playoffs.
Snyder’s name had been tied to other potential openings around the NBA including the San Antonio Spurs and Los Angeles Lakers.
“After eight years, I just feel it is time to move onward,” Snyder said in a release. “I needed to take time to detach after the season and make sure this was the right decision.”
In late June the Jazz announced that they had hired newcomer Will Hardy to replace Snyder as the team’s head coach.
