Real Salt Lake Academy Defender Named To Inaugural MLS Next Pro All-Star Game

SALT LAKE CITY – Real Salt Lake Academy defender Gershon Henry has been named to the inaugural MLS Next Pro All-Star game scheduled on August 10 in Blaine, Minnesota.
Henry is one of 45 MLS Next players invited to the event and will play for the West team. The 45 players were chosen by an MLS Next Pro committee, comprised of key MLS Player Development department personnel.
The West will be lead by MLS Great Jeremy Hall, who played 127 games for five MLS teams during his playing career. Joining Hall is assistant coach Antonio Medina, who coached the U-19 San Francisco Glens to a runner-up finish at the 2021-22 MLS Next Cup Playoffs.
