SALT LAKE CITY – Sports teams, athletes, coaches, and owners from around the state of Utah took to social media to show appreciation and celebrate women on Mother’s Day.

2022 Mother’s Day was celebrated on Sunday, May 8.

Mother’s Day is celebrated annually as a day set aside to celebrate women.
