SALT LAKE CITY – Multiple 2022 NFL Draft prospects spoke highly of former Utah Utes linebacker Devin Lloyd ahead of the first round.

On Wednesday, April 27, one day before the opening round of the NFL Draft, three high-profile prospects spoke with KSL Sports about Lloyd.

NFL Draft Prospects Talk Devin Lloyd

Nakobe Dean – Linebacker – Georgia

Dean, like Lloyd, is a standout linebacker. The former Bulldogs star helped lead Georgia to a national title in 2021.

Lloyd and Dean are widely projected as the top two linebackers to be selected in the NFL Draft.

Dean complimented Lloyd as a versatile player who plays the game “the right way.”
