Jazz Use 16-0 Run To Build First Half Advantage Against Warriors
SALT LAKE CITY – The Jazz went on a 16-0 run while shutting Golden State out for nearly five minutes in the second quarter.
The Warriors (48-29) are hosting the Jazz (46-31) at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California on Saturday, April 2.
The run increased the Jazz lead from 33-28 to 49-28 before Jordan Poole knocked down a shot for the Warriors. The run was fueled by the hot shooting of Jordan Clarkson and Mike Conley. The Jazz have are 9-19 from three with Clarkson & Conley hitting 4-7 from deep in the first half.

Entering the day, the Warriors lead the Mavericks by half a game for third place in the Western Conference. The Jazz sit 1.5 games behind the Mavericks, in fifth place. If the season ended today, Golden State would host Denver and the Jazz would travel to Dallas for a first round matchup with the Mavericks.
The Jazz lead the Warriors 53-34 late in the second quarter of a critical matchup critical for each franchises playoff seeding.
Donovan Mitchell’s 15 points lead the Jazz in scoring while Rudy Gobert has contributed seven rebounds and six points in the half.
