Former NFL Player Breaks Down ‘Total Package’ Prospect Devin Lloyd

SALT LAKE CITY – Former NFL player Stevenson Sylvester broke down 2022 draft prospect and Utah Utes linebacker Devin Lloyd.
Sylvester, who played in the league from 2010-14, discussed Lloyd potential as an NFL player during KSL TV’s SportsBeat on Sunday, March 27.
The former NFL linebacker called the future pro the “total package” when it comes to playing at the next level.

Devin Lloyd at the NFL Scouting Combine
Sylvester continued by detailing Lloyd’s “awesome” numbers from the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, when the linebacker solidified himself as a first round pick in April’s draft. Lloyd’s Combine performance allowed him to spend time interviewing at Utah’s Pro Day rather than participate in drills.

During his Utah career, Lloyd had 256 total tackles, 150 solo tackles, 16.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, five interceptions, eight pass breakups, and three touchdowns.

The draft is scheduled to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada from April 28-30.
