Collin Chandler is signed to play for BYU
Chandler will continue his basketball career with the BYU Cougars. He’s the second Gatorade Player of the Year from Utah in three seasons to sign with BYU since Mark Pope took over as head coach. The other is Fremont High’s Dallin Hall. Hall won the award in 2020.
Last November, Chandler picked BYU over offers from Utah, Stanford, Arizona, Gonzaga, and others. He plans to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints before enrolling at BYU.
