Cincinnati Bengals Sign Former Utah State DB To Contract Extension

SALT LAKE CITY – The Cincinnati Bengals announced that they’ve signed former Utah State defensive back Jalen Davis to a contract extension.
The AFC Champions announced the transaction on Tuesday, March 1.
Davis’ new deal is for one-year and will keep him on the Bengals for the 2022 season.

Davis helped the Bengals to a 10-7 record in 2021 and a berth to Super Bowl LVI.
About Jalen Davis
Prior to his time in the league, the La Mesa, California native played at Utah State from 2014-17.
2021 was Davis’ third season in the NFL
Last season, he recorded seven total tackles, two solo tackles, one forced fumble, and a pass breakup.
During his NFL career, Davis has posted 17 total tackles, 10 solo tackles, one sack, two forced fumbles, and one pass breakup in 24 games played.
