Baltimore Ravens Tender QB Tyler Huntley, RB Ty’Son Williams

SALT LAKE CITY – The Baltimore Ravens announced that the team tendered six exclusive rights free agents, including former Utah Utes quarterback Tyler Huntley and former BYU Cougars running back Ty’Son Williams.
The transactions took place on Wednesday, March 9.
Huntley and Williams were on the reach of entering NFL free agency on March 16. Both players were classified as exclusive rights free agents.
Exclusive rights free agents are players that have been in the league for less than three seasons and are only able to negotiate with their current team.

By extending tenders to both players, Huntley and Williams are likely to be in Baltimore’s future plans and on the roster for the 2022 season.
In 2021, Huntley threw for 1,081 yards, three touchdowns, and four interceptions with a 64.9 percent completion rate. He added 47 rushes for 294 yards and two touchdowns on the ground.

Last season, Williams ran the ball 35 times for 185 yards and a touchdown. He added nine catches for 84 yards out of the backfield.

Baltimore finished the season with an 8-9 record.
