Up by six points with 11:20 remaining in the game, Barcello crossed up Waves forward Jay Yoon, stepped back and buried a three. It was giving the Marriott Center crowd something to cheer about in a game that was much closer than anyone expected for BYU against the WCC’s last-place team.

After Barcello hit the three, he stared towards the crowd that gave a classic “Dame Time” hand gesture, pointing to his wrist.
It was a highlight-worthy moment for a BYU player who has established himself as one of the all-time greats in program history. Before the game on Saturday, Barcello was honored for Senior Night, earning the loudest cheers and applause from the near-capacity crowd at the Marriott Center.
