Utah Football Premiere’s New Docu-Series Honoring Ty Jordan & Aaron Lowe
The Utah football program released the first part of their docu-series honoring Ty Jordan and Aaron Lowe on Tuesday.
It was fitting for Utah football to release the first of a four-part docu-series honoring Ty Jordan and Aaron Lowe on 2-22-22. Utah football aired on the first part of the series on Tuesday at 2:22 p.m. MT on their YouTube page.
The Pac-12 Network also aired it on their digital stream “Pac-12 Insider” and is ran on the Network at 6:30 p.m. MT.
Jordan was killed on Christmas night in 2020 in Denton, Texas, where he suffered an accidental gunshot wound. Lowe was best friends with Jordan as they both attended the same high school in Mesquite, Texas. The Utah defensive back was one of the main reasons that Jordan decided to attend the university after de-committing from Texas.
During this past offseason, Lowe switched his number from 2 to 22 to honor Jordan. He was also the first recipient of the Ty Jordan Memorial Scholarship.
Lowe was tragically shot and killed at a house party in Sugarhouse early in the morning of Sunday, September 26.
Episode two of the series will air on Thursday, March 10. The third episode will premiere on Thursday, March 24 and the final episode released on Thursday, April 7.
