SALT LAKE CITY – Utah Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson was able to get back-to-back alley-oops thrown to center Udoka Azubuike in the fourth quarter on Friday.
The Jazz were facing the Orlando Magic at Vivint Arena when Jordan Clarkson and Udoka Azubuike got the crowd fired up in the fourth quarter.
With 7:27 remaining in the game, Clarkson found Azubuike for an alley-oop slam. Then Donovan Mitchell stole the ball from Cole Anthony, which gave Clarkson another opportunity for an alley-oop pass to Azubuike for the two-handed slam.
That sequence gave the Jazz a 91-81 lead with 7:09 remaining in the game. Right after the Magic hit a three-pointer, Clarkson returned the favor with a triple.
At that point in the game, Azubuike was up to 12 points and five rebounds on a perfect 6-of-6 shooting from the field. Clarkson had 16 points and two assists, both on the alley-oops to Azubuike, along with four rebounds.

The Jazz are searching for their fifth straight win and trying to remain undefeated in the month of February. Utah had a bad month of January, going 4-12. Entering Friday’s game against Orlando, the Jazz were 4-0 with wins at home against the Denver Nuggets, Brooklyn Nets, New York Knicks and Golden State Warriors.
Orlando entered the game at Vivint Arena with a 13-43 record. They were coming off of an 18-point win against Portland on Tuesday that started a four-game road trip. The win over Portland snapped a two-game losing streak.
Rudy Gobert was out for the game against the Magic as he hopes to return before the All-Star break. The Utah Jazz big man told ESPN’s Lisa Salters during the game against Golden State on Wednesday that he plans to participate in the All-Star game.
