SALT LAKE CITY – The University of Utah football team is bolstering their roster ahead of the 2022 season as they sign high school prospects and transfers.
Utah will complete their 2022 recruiting class by signing the remaining prospects that didn’t submit their NLI during the early signing period in December. The Utes signed 20 prospects back in December.
Here is the recruits that Utah has signed after receiving their NLI as a part of their 2022 class:
Sidney Mbanasor, Wide Receiver
Mbanasor is a three-star wide receiver from Pflugerville, Texas. He is listed by 247Sports as a tight end, which has him ranked as the 100th prospect in the state of Texas and the No. 35 tight end in the nation. Mbanasor received offers from Texas Tech, Vanderbilt, Louisiana Tech and Morgan State, before verbally committing to Utah on Tuesday.
His brother P.J. used to play at Louisville as a cornerback and has another brother, Nelson that is a defensive lineman at Texas Tech.
